OUR FACILITY
THE GYM
Our rehab gym floor in Castle Hill is equipped with everything you need to complete your rehab program. Long-Term Injury Rehab members have full access to the facility and train on site with us, coached and supported by our team of rehab professionals.


THE PHYSIO ROOM
Our Physio Room is a large open plan space for physiotherapy assessment and treatment consultations.
THE RECOVERY ROOM
Our Recovery Room is designed to provide you with everything you need to enhance you recovery from training. For acute injury management it is the perfect space to comfortably elevate, ice & compress, speeding up your recovery.


THE TESTING ZONE
Objective testing is fundamental to injury rehabilitation. We have the full array of testing equipment to make sure we are achieving the outcome that you need.

KYLIE BALDWIN
APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist & Founder

Kylie is a Titled Sports Physiotherapist with 15 years of experience in the field. She specialises in sports injury rehabilitation and has worked with athletes of all levels, from beginners to professionals.

Kylie is currently the Head Physiotherapist to the Australian Women's 7s Rugby Union Team. Having previously worked with the NSW Women's Origin Team, Junior Wallabies (U20s), Australian Women's 15s Rugby Union Team, NSW Swifts Netball, NSWRL Pathways & QLD Reds Pathways & NRC programs.

Kylie founded Rehab Advantage with the vision of making high-quality sports injury rehabilitation accessible in the private sector by creating the optimal injury rehabilitation facility & service model.

BRODEY CASTLE
Head Physiotherapist
(BExSci, MPhty)
Brodey is a Sports Physiotherapist with experience providing physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in both private practice and elite sporting organisations.
Brodey has extensive experience working in the sports rehabilitation space having worked for NRL clubs including the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs, Wests Tigers and is currently the Head Physiotherapist for Jersey Flegg at the South Sydney Rabbitohs. Brodey has also worked in the NSWRL pathways programs as the Physiotherapist for the u19s NSW and U16s & U18s City Rugby League teams.
Brodey’s passion is bringing the physiotherapy services he provides to elite athletes to the private sector, enabling patients to receive the same high-quality rehabilitation that is seen the elite sector.

BRENT KELLY
Senior Physiotherapist

Brent is a physiotherapist with extensive experience working in both private practice and elite sports settings.

With a passion for delivering exceptional care, Brent has contributed to teams including: U18's NSW Waratahs, Manly Sea Eagles - Harold Matthews, and is the current Head Physiotherapist for Eastwood Rugby Union Club.

Drawing from his time of working with development and elite athletes, Brent integrates these skills into the private setting.
This approach ensures clients receive the highest standard of care, tailored to optimise performance and recovery.

NAGIN BAYAT
Physiotherapist
(Doctor of Physiotherapy, BSportExM)
Nagin is a Sports Physiotherapist with experience in both private and various elite sporting organisations.
She has contributed to working and managing teams such as Parramatta Eels, Eastcoast Eagles AFL, Baulkham Hills Netball Association, U18s Hills Hornets and Downunder Crossfit Games. Currently, she is the Head Physiotherapist for the Eastwood Rugby Union Colts and Opens teams.
Nagin integrates her skills from her private practice experience to ensure exceptional care is delivered to athletes at the highest standard. By providing a tailored approach to ensure individuals are guided appropriated on their road to recovery.

EOIGHAIN MURRAY
End-Stage Rehab & Speed Coach

Eoighain is our End-Stage Rehab & Running Coach with a passion for physical health & performance. Having completed a Bachelor of Sports Science & Exercise and a Masters of Strength & Conditioning, Eoighain brings knowledge & skills to chase all details of end-stage rehabilitation, athlete development, injury prevention & resilience.
With experience in both the private & elite sports sectors, Eoighain has worked with athletes from a range of sports including gaelic football, hurling, distance running & football. (Yes he is Irish!)

As an athlete himself, he understands the difficulties that injuries create and how essential a quality rehab program is to returning to performance.

BRENDAN HOYER
Senior End-Stage Rehab & Speed Coach Consultant

Brendan Hoyer is our specialist in End-Stage Rehab and Speed Coaching at Rehab Advantage. With his keen eye for movement and meticulous approach to speed training, strength, and conditioning, he believes athletes in the final stages of rehab can return to their sport better than before their injury.
Brendan graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the Australian Catholic University and has consistently sought out top mentors in the field. He has extensive experience in the field, Brendan is currently overseas working as the Wolverhampton Wanderers FC Under 21s Athletic Development Coach.
